1. The Promise

We didn't build Aegis to be judged in a week. Give it a real shot. Build it into your routine. If you don't feel the difference, you don't pay.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through drinkaegis.com.

2. How It Works

Try Aegis for up to 45 days from the date your first shipment is delivered.

If you're not satisfied, we'll issue a full refund on your first shipment (first shipment only).

No need to send anything back. No return shipping fees. No forms. No friction.

3. What's Covered

First Shipment Your first shipment only — subscription or one-time purchase.
Opened Products Opened products are eligible for refund.
45-Day Window Refund requests must be made within 45 days of delivery.

4. What's Not Covered

Additional Subscription Orders Only the first shipment is covered. Future subscription shipments are not eligible.
Past the 45-Day Window Requests made more than 45 days after delivery are not eligible.
Original Shipping Charges Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Abuse or Bulk Orders Orders flagged for abuse, resale, or bulk purchasing are not eligible.
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, bulk purchasing, resale activity, or suspected fraud.

5. Subscriptions

No lock-ins. You're always in control.

  • Manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal
  • Pause anytime before your next shipment is billed
  • Cancel anytime before your next shipment is billed
  • Free shipping on all subscription orders

6. Cancellation Timing

Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal is processed. If a renewal has already been billed or processed for fulfillment, cancellation or changes will apply to future shipments.

7. One-Time Purchases

Not ready for a subscription? No problem.

  • One-time purchases are eligible for the same 45-day first-shipment guarantee
  • Standard shipping fees apply
  • No automatic renewals and no mandatory commitments

8. Refund Processing

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Payment Method Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding any non-refundable shipping charges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.
Confirmation You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is complete.

9. Policy Updates

Aegis reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively to future orders only.
