Fifteen and sixteen are the electrolytes — magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, chloride — and the B-complex: B1, B2, B3, B5, B12. A supplement panel requires those to be declared as nutrients rather than as compounds, which is why they carry a percentage below instead of a milligram here.
